MCR Tiles

Micro Concrete Roofing tiles are more aesthetically acceptable, low in cost, durable, having long life span, providing protection from heavy rain and hot sun. MCR tiles are versatile, more durable and look better than most metal roofing, and they don’t get as noisy in rainstorms. They are fast and easy to install.

Installation of MCR Tiles need a steel or wood under structure. Designers, architects and engineers can use MCR tiles very creatively to make very attractive roofs for residences, farm houses, verandas, pavilions, gazebos, restaurants etc. They are also used for low cost housing, industrial sheds, workshops etc.

MCR tiles are made with an optimum mix of cement, sand, fine stone aggregate and water. The mixture is put on a vibrating table and shaped within a mold. Once dry, these tiles are then put through rigorous tests for water tightness, shape, size etc.
